There are never any setup fees.
There are never any cleaning fees.
There are never any minimum quantities.

We use a process called DTF. This process utilizes a specialized printer and ink combination to create photo-quality images. This process uses inks similar to screen printing with an added white-layer substrate that bonds with the fibers of the shirt and creates a strong bond that does not crack like screen print. These shirts last many years and maintains vibrancy and quality.

To maintain the best quality:
Do not iron the image part of the shirt.
Wash inside out, cold water and mild detergents when possible.
Do not dry clean.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time the
invoice is paid.

The standard pricing includes:
4" wide x5" tall max front pocket design
12.5"wide x14" tall max back design

RUSH Orders: $50 to $100 add-on depending on QTY
If you need your order in less than two weeks (Standard
turnaround) we will do our best to make that happen. Please
note that we WILL RUSH.

Which means:
We can no longer guarantee the quality and placement
There may be additional costs after the initial invoice for
shipping related expenses.

These are custom made products. Once the invoice is paid, part of that payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
Once I have put an image on a shirt, every bit of that payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
I am easy to work with, but please note that once you pay the invoice you are approving that invoice. If the apparel is made to that invoice and it does not turn out how you expected you ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
I understand that this can be inconvenient, but I am one person running this business at a very minimal profit and I cannot cover other peoples mistakes so please check, double check then triple check BOTH the invoice and the mockup image. The invoice and mockup are my bible, I refer back to these two items at every step.
I am not responsible for color or size variations. If you are unsure of a color please research it online yourself before you contact me. I am just going to send you a google image and if I have to take time to google it and send you the image I will be charging you for my time.
If you need to make a change after the invoice is paid that can result in additional costs.

Prices have changed. We try our best to keep prices as low as possible, however blank and material prices have continued to rise and we needed to adjust to stay out of the red. Thank you for understanding.

With all that said, I reaffirm that I am easy to work with and do everything I can to make every order as close to perfect as I can. Unfortunately I am too nice and work too hard to please people and have been taken advantage of too many times so some boundaries must be set if I plan to continue this business.
