The invoice is everything!!!

Please check, double check then tripple check the invoice. Make sure everything is correct; the items, the colors, the quantities and any custom information!! This is vitally important as this is my sole reference when ordering supplies and making the order.

Blame it on the ADHD, but I cannot remember details on phone calls. No matter how hard I try it always gets lost, even if I write it down. I struggle with focus and memory and need things in writing (Email is most preferred)

We use a process called DTF. This process utilizes a specialized printer and ink combination to create photo-quality images. This process uses inks similar to screen printing with an added white-layer substrate that bonds with the fibers of the shirt and creates a strong bond that does not crack like screen print and will not fade over time. These shirts last many years and maintain vibrancy and quality.

To maintain the best quality:
Do not iron the image part of the shirt. If needed, iron inside out on lowest setting, no steam.
Wash inside out, cold water and mild detergents when possible.
Do not dry clean.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time the
invoice is paid.

The standard pricing includes:
4" wide x5" tall max front pocket design
12.5"wide x14" tall max back design
Larger images are possible, cost depends on size.

RUSH Orders: $50 to $100 add-on depending on QTY
If you need your order in less than two weeks (Standard
turnaround) we will do our best to make that happen. Please
note that we WILL RUSH.
Which means:
We can no longer guarantee the quality and placement, the apparel is as-is and cannot be refunded.
There may be additional costs after the initial invoice for
shipping related expenses.

These are custom made products. Once the invoice is paid, part of that payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
Once I have put an image on a shirt, every bit of that payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
I am easy to work with, but please note that once you pay the invoice you are approving that invoice. If the apparel is made to that invoice and it does not turn out how you expected you ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
I understand that this can be inconvenient, but I am one person running this business at a very minimal profit and I cannot cover other peoples mistakes so please check, double check then triple check BOTH the invoice and the mockup image. The invoice and mockup are my bible, I refer back to these two items at every step.
I am not responsible for color or size variations. If you are unsure of a color please research it online yourself before you contact me. I am just going to send you a google image and if I have to take time to google it and send you the image I will be charging you for my time.
If you need to make a change after the invoice is paid that can result in additional costs.

One last note:

When ordering, BE SPECIFIC!

If you order a blue shirt, I am making a blue shirt. If when delivered you find the color wrong and that you wanted a Carolina blue shirt; you own that shirt anyway!

If you say "10 black shirts with pocket front and full back"; I am ordering unisex shirts. If when you receive the order and you realize you wanted womens shirts; you own those shirts.

The same goes for image placement or lettering. If unspecified, I will make a standard shirt or placement. If what you want is non-standard, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me that.

If the delivered products are not what you wanted but match the invoice, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement.

We can typically get any type of apparel, if what you want is not on here just ask.

Prices have changed. We try our best to keep prices as low as possible, however blank and material prices have continued to rise and we needed to adjust to stay out of the red. Thank you for understanding.

With all that said, I reaffirm that I am easy to work with and do everything I can to make every order as close to perfect as I can. Unfortunately I am too nice and work too hard to please people and have been taken advantage of too many times so some boundaries must be set if I plan to continue this business.
